Another great work !
The shading is spot-on, and the seamless transitions between tones are beautifully executed. Your use of different brushes to achieve that effect is truly impressive.

I went through your art folio, and you're really good at drawing lizard folk and dragons.
This illustration is seriously impressive! On a side note, he looks like the kind of guy who's ready to wipe out your DnD party with an ambush xD.
